It has been another incredible year at the Boston Wine Festival! We are honored to have hosted folks from across the world who have brought us new tastes, knowledge and friends. We are already looking forward to next year!
This week we are hosting our last two wine dinners:
Drouhin
Wednesday, March 25, 6:30pm
Joseph Drouhin is one of the largest domaines in Burgundy and owns land throughout the region, including some of the most revered sites such as Clos des Mouches, Musigny, Clos de Vougeot and Corton-Charlemagne. Laurent Drouhin, one of four grandchildren who run the winery today, will narrate this evening’s seminar and dinner with the full array of their wines, along with Burgundian style cuisine.
Diamond Creek
Friday, March 27
Founded in 1968, Diamond Creek is California’s first exclusively cabernet sauvignon Estate Vineyard. Visionary pioneer Al Brounstein defied modern conventions and planted Bordeaux varietals on secluded Diamond Mountain. The three vineyards produce a small amount of long-lived wines that are elegant with great depth and richness. Son Phil Ross will discuss the differences imparted to the wine by the distinct soils and micro-climates of Diamond Creek Vineyards.
